Payment Methods

You may order online and pay by credit card. We currently accept MasterCard, Visa, and American Express.

You may also contact Grip Plus Customer Support at 415-730-4454 and place an order via telephone.

We will charge your credit card for the value of the shipped goods, plus shipping charges. If you have items on your order that are not yet shippable, you will not be charged for them until they ship. You will not be charged shipping more than once.

When you order online, we will ask for your credit card security code.

The credit card security code is NOT your PIN number. It is an extra ID printed on your Visa, MasterCard, or American Express Card.

Visa or MasterCard: On the back of the card in the top-right corner of the signature box. Provide the three-digit number following the credit card number.

American Express: On the front of the card. Provide the four-digit number on the right directly above the credit card number.

If we are unable to obtain a match with your credit card security code and your credit card information, we cannot accept your order. We do this to prevent fraudulent credit card transactions and to protect our customers.

Return Policy: All Sales Are Final

Thank you for choosing our products! We strive to provide you with high-quality items and excellent customer service. We understand the importance of a clear return policy and want to ensure you are fully aware of our guidelines. Please read the following information regarding our return policy:

1. All Sales Are Final: Once a purchase is made, it is considered a final sale. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or returns for any reason except as stated i  in point 2 below.

 

2. Defective or Damaged Items: If you receive a defective or damaged item, don't hesitate to contact our customer support within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will require clear photographic evidence of the issue. If our team confirms the defect or damage, we will arrange to replace the item at no additional cost to you. Please note that this policy does not cover damage caused by misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear.

 

3. Product Descriptions and Variations: We try to accurately describe our products on our website or other sales channels. However, please be aware that slight color, texture, or pattern variations may occur due to manufacturing processes or individual screen settings. Such variations do not qualify as defects or grounds for a return.

 

4. Order Cancellation: Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled or modified. Please review your order carefully before completing the purchase.

 

5. Shipping and Handling: Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. In the event of a return authorized under point 2, we will cover the shipping costs for the replacement item.

 

6. Limited Liability: We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from using or being unable to use our products.

We charge sales tax on telephone/internet orders in all states where applicable. By law, this includes orders shipped to states where we have a physical presence, including either a company store or a commissioned sales representative.
